Hello everyone, this is latest knife I have just finished, it is a Scagel style hunter with a 4" drop point blade of mirror polished cpm154 heat treated with double temper and cryo to goal HRc-61 tested. the handle is whitetail crown with horse leather spacers, mammoth ivory, G10, micarta, nickel silver and brass spacers. The sheath is 9-10 oz. tooling leather which has a layer of kydex laminated into the back panel for added protection to the wearer. The sheath is also lined with pig skin to prevent scratches to the blade. Thank you for looking, all comments are welcome. This knife is SOLD.

Great execution Scott - a timeless design with updated materials.

I'll bet it's a chore keeping track of all those spacers during assembly!

Yes Tim, each piece is numbered to keep them in proper sequence, and before final pinning and gluing they are checked and rechecked to make sure they're in the correct sequence. And yes I have goofed up the sequence and didn't notice until after the glue cured.
