I mistakenly posted a few pics in another gallery earlier, so thought I'd re-post them here. This is a picture of my take on a large Scagel-style hunter. William Scagel's knives are my favorite style. You might say I'm a "Scagelunatic"... :jerkit: Anyway... I've got 4 more under construction, and I'll post pics as they're finished. Thanks for looking!

- forged 5160, with a soft back draw
- finished to 800 grit
- 13 1/2 inches overall, 7 3/4 inch blade
- stacked leather, brass, copper, red/white fiber spacer, and 1 piece of ebony make up the handle.
