I saw a coal receipt in one of the photos in Lucie's book that listed Scagel's address as "Country Club Road, 1/2 mile before 16" and the rest was covered by the knife handle. This photo was the one of Scagel's personal signed blade hunter.
I would like to look at the property on Google Earth. Can anyone clue me in as to the exact location of the old shop? I have looked at the intersection of Country Club Road and 16th Street in and around Fruitport, MI, but no apparent location of the shop is noted.
I understand that the property is now owned by someone else, but all I want to do it find out where it is. Thanks.
