Scale change service?

In my effort to changes scales and polish the washers on my Bugout, I've been unable to reassemble the pieces back together. Is there a service that provides scale changes, etc. that I could just send the knife to?

I'm aware of this. But I've followed a slightly different set of instructions because I wanted to polish the washers - this required disassembling the whole knife. So I used this video here:

However, putting the knife back together, I'm unable to get the metal liner attached to the Axis lock and pivot - it simply won't go back on and I've spent too much time on this - see 16:15 of the video.... So I need to find someone who can reattach the metal liner.

upekkha, did you ever get it back together? I had trouble at first doing that step too (same video even). For me it was because that pin at the top left of the plate (16:34 it pops on) has a very small "D" shape to it (flat at the top) and it was the slightest bit off center and wouldn't pop it place. I took it all apart again and reset that pin and everything slid into place for me after that.
