Scale sizes

Hi folks,

I'm an older woodworkers with some pretty nice wood I want to move so my family doesn't have to deal with it later. I'm asking what size scales you'd like to buy especially thickness.

At this point I'm stabilizing all my wood with cactus juice.

Any advice would be appreciated.
