I've always liked the aesthetics and the symmetry of lockbacks, but the Mnandi has piqued my interest in framelocks, namely because the scales cover the framelock so well that it's almost completely symmetrical. Who are the other knife makers that produce a framelock of similar construction (scales to cover the framelock) and quality?

The only other one I saw was a limited edition 635 Skirmish which was beautiful I might add. http://media.photobucket.com/image/...es/June 2009/Benchmade/635-81/th_IMG_0198.jpg

Off the top of my head, Kirby Lambert comes to mind. I had an Inferno that was a frame lock. GREAT knife.

Oh yea! I completely forgot about Kirby Lambert.

I'm making a list for my future "knives to get."
