Scales for Benchmade Mini Rukus - where to get them?

Does anybody know who carries the replacement scales for the Benchmade Mini Rukus Auto? I've found a few (carbon fibre and one in winewood) - each say they come with a tool. The couple places I"ve found they are no longer selling them or they are out of stock.

Any suggestions would be helpful if anybody has any ideas.

I looked into knifeworks - they have some but their "policy" on shipping to Canada is minimum $100 order and it's $35 to ship via USPS. That's a little steep so I"m not gonna bother with them. I actually just got the knife today - the green micarta looks pretty good so unless I can find a decent price on the CF scales I'm just gonna leave them alone. Thanks anyways :)
