Scales made to order for production runs?

I was curious if there was any makers who cut to order scales for a production run knife. I would like to know if anyone would make Mother of pearl or Mastadon ivory scales to fit the new MT DA/LCC. If so what would prices run for this special request???

I haven't seen any of his work in person, but it sure looks great.

Frank does fantastic handle file work. I have owned at least 12 of his traditional folders and each was done very well.
There is a guy here in the Atlanta area who advertises in Blade every once in a while and has done some work for Fighting Rooster and a few makers. His name is Tom Stratton.

Nice work! I e-mailed him for the response. I never wanted the big price of a Custom DA. But, wait for months for my pre-order, now willing to spend more on the scales.
