Scammed?

what do you mean? looks just like any other auctions?

might just be my untrained eyes though lol

oh yeah, used paypal.it still sucks.im not the only one here to get caught up in this mess,go look at the bidders list,i see at least one.

what i don't understand is this guy has 100% feedback. i still hope this deal works out, because the last few of these on there went for around 200.00 bucks

It may be a hijacked identity!! You must complain to Ebay.

Ebay name and paypal transaction name match up.

My theory is maybe not a scam, but possibly a pissed off ebay seller who didn't understand how his Dutch Auction was going to play out. Didn't make as much money as planned. Wishes he wouldn't have listed them in an auction where all 12 winners pay the price of the lowest winner.

He did accept the PayPal money though.

Earlier this year someone cracked my eBay account and posted a bunch of shit for sale. When I finally got eBay tech support on the phone (this is NOT an easy thing to do by the way) they insisted that it was my fault (e.g. I had given out my password). I finally got them to agree to pull the listings, cancel my bill and limit my account so that I can not post items for sale but I no longer trust that system. I have since read where some ppl use eBay to launder money.

.... because the last few of these on there went for around 200.00 bucks

Probably what he was hoping for ... times 12

$2,400.00 vs $480.00 plus didn't know the rules = pissed off; taking ball and going home

just filed a complaint thru paypal, this seller has had more than enough time to answer me back.anyone who is in on this deal please go start your dispute,it takes 20 day's before you can even file to get your money back.
