I am making a blade for one of my students who has recently joined the army. Being a city kid he has never had the reason to learn how to properly sharpen a knife, and he is leaving too soon to really teach him how to do it properly. With this in mind I am trying to figure out what the best angle to use for the bevel for a scandi ground knife. Any advice on this would be
great.
