This is gorgeous, thanks for sharing. Given the amount of work you obviously put into that, I would have recommended that you tapper the tang. But I'm really nitpicking here.
 
Would you all PLEASE stop tempting me with these awseome swords? :grumpy: It's all I can do to keep my bowie habit under control. I don't pretend to be an informed sword critic, but I do think is an absolutely beautiful piece of bladeware. The full thickness tang made sense to me as a means of keeping some weight back in the handle to counterbalance the loooong blade. Coll stuff. :cool:

I dont even know what to say. That blade is absolutely phenomenal. How about you move to the states so we can all get a better look :) Truly a masterpiece of work there.
 
That's a beautiful blade! The handle seems a bit thick to me, but the damascus and the overall craftsmanship is quite impressive.
