Schrade 142 OT Knife blade steel?

Is the blade on the Schrade 142OT OLD TIMER stainless or carbon steel?

The + after Schrade on the tang is a symbol used to denote "Schrade Stainless". If its marked with the + you can bet its stainless the reverse is not the same.
OT's started as carbon and converted to stainless in the 90's without adding the "+"
