Schrade 150T info

Was going to post on identifying but I figured it out myself

Mine appears to be older than the ones I've looked at so far but it may just be from abuse- how long have they been making them, and is there a way to find out age and such?

Can't figure out how to post pics sorry

Blade markings are as follows-
Right side SCHRADE-WALDEN
N.Y - U.S.A.

Left side. 150T pat pend.
5333(B or 8)

The 15OT "Deerslayer" was made from 1964-1997 according to this handy info from orvet (Dale) at AAPK: http://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/schrade_knives/price_list/old_timer.php (bookmark the link, lots of good info on Schrade models)

The "Schrade-Walden" stamp dates it pre-1973 which is when they dropped the "Walden" from the stamp.

Therefore your knife was made somewhere between 1964 and 1973. The "pat pend." makes me guess it's from 1964 but that's only a guess. Maybe someone else knows exactly when they were stamped with that.

It's definitely got a bit of history then, it's funny I've had it forever and never noticed it was a schrade till last night
