Looking for knives that have a similar design to the Schrade 175....

I love that wide sheepsfoot blade, just not the yellowish delrin scale material..

I've never posted in this section before but I have faith ya'll will be able to help me out.

Thanks for your help in advance.

I have used the search function, to really no avail.

Thanks, that looks great. WIsh you had included the model name. I can tell its Solingen....

Also, admittedly it doesnt have the blade shape im looking for. Im looking for those sharp squarish edges on the blade similar to that of the 175.

Sorry, I thought they looked a bit alike. I have both and to me they are similar. :o

If you still want to know, it's called the Otter Ankermesser or "Anchor knife"

They made the 175's with more than just the yellow delrin. Plus, you can always replace the original covers. That would make a fun project...

Gec Charlow would be close, for blade shape

Here is a straight on pic of the Barlows - very close to the Schrade 175, IMO!

A comparison pic. The top two are Schrade Cut Co.s
The second one is an earlier knife, and I believe is the precursor to the Schrade 175.
The Bottom two are of course more of the current TC Barlows.
