The mailman was good today. Brought me one I would actually call a mint example. Good overcast day for taking pictures. It has great swedges, and they put a good burn on the Staglon that day.

Has serial # J0418 in the liner.

For reference, I have another 885UH, Same exact tang stamp, with serial # J02331, which I presume is newer. It has a longer nail pull on the master blade, and no STAINLESS stamps on secondary blades. No razor profiled blades either.

That's very nice! a lot of care taken shaping those blades, looks like that one was boxed only yesterday.
