Okay fellow Schradeophiles, tell me about this one please.
It's not a 165 so I'm lost. :D
TIA,
Greg

uh apparently i don't, lol. have one very similar but it has PRESTO on the blade. same type of construction and function. what is the handle manufactured from? mine is metal painted it black.
mine is a WWII military knife. i posted mine for my first post i think with photos.
i received mine from my father's estate. didn't know he had it til we cleaned out my mother's house. among other shocking surprises.
went back and found a post that might have your knife.

Thanks for the help guys. Now I just have to watch that one auction site to get an idea of current value. Did a search and it came up naught. Something for reference is bound to come along sometime.

Selling auto knives on ebay is against their policy and possibly against the law, although some do get through. I would do a little legal research on BladeForums if I were you. You won't see many and you will see fewer completed auctions on them. The nicer old ones in great shape may go from $200 to $1000 in the larger sizes.

that would explain the lack! every now and again i see a microtech lightfoot DA (or knockoff) or socom DA, but not often.

thank you for the rough idea. i am just starting to spread my wings a bit and branch out a bit. of the schrades i own, a full 80% are 165s. i need to get out more often!

Nice auto. I always like your 165's Greg. Branch out with caution. :D

No, no, no. Go for it with wild abandon. I need less competition for my 165s. Only a few million more and I will have the market cornered!:D
