Schrade C.s. Ducks Unlimited

I purchased a Schrade Ducks Unlimited tang stamped Schrade+ over U.S.A. 53OT, it is also stamped C.S. on the right bolster from an Ebay auction last year. It has red pick boned handles, brass bolsters and blade has Ducks Unlimited etched on the blade. My question is what does the C.S. mean and what year was it made. This was one of the knives that Smokey got their hands on awhile back.

I can't answer your question but thats a good lookin knife. I like the thumb stud for the easy one handed opening.
