It's a great deal, especially if you don't have to pay shipping!!! You wouldn't get one of those caster wheels alone for that price

I'm guessing that it's roughly vintage 1989, judging by what looks like a "New" label over what I would imagine is "SP2 Lockback with Sheath". (Half of that label is off image, so I'm just guessing by how it's centered).
