Schrade D'Holder SDH04 Question

I am trying to find out the exact number of serial numbered SDH04's that were produced. I know the run was cut off very early because of Schrade's failure. I have heard numbers ranging from 50 to 70 of the originally planned 500.

I am referring only to the ones that were etched and serial numbered. I recognize there are a number of unetched, unnumbered knives out there but am not interested in the number of those.
