Schrade Ducks Unlimited set

I pretty much collect only case knives but my neighbor has a set like this one he’s selling for $250. I love ducks Unlimited but not sure how desirable or common a set like this is. Are these fairly collectible?

As far as I know, similar sets were available from 2001-2004 with the addition of a date on the etch and color-scheme of shield being the differences. Model numbers stayed the same. A fine collectable for any Schrade fiend.

I don't think I can see a date on those blade etches (just flying ducks) so that's the 1st issue in 2001 (SDU599MS). Listed at $194.10 wholesale or $345.75 retail in 2001 Dealer Price List. I think $250 is quite reasonable. Selling each of the knives separately for $50 might prove challenging but the complete set in original display is as desirable as it gets.
