Schrade EOD Knife

I recently saw an ad for Fixed Blade EOD knife with cordura sheath, the ad stated that their were only 75 of these EOD/Bombtech marked knives made. Can you confirm this, was this for a military trial or other backgroud??

Schrade produced Bombtech knives for both the FBI and other technicians. As far as I know, neither was a limited edition offering.
