With yesterday's arrival of two knives made by Schrade, I now have six, and like them all. First, the whole family together.

I may soon have the yellow celluloid handles replaced with bone, to better preserve the knife.

Interesting difference in the color of the jigged delrin from front to back

The pile side handle, similar grain and color.

I like the look of the dark back springs on this one.

The sheepsfoot is my favorite blade on a stockman.

One of my favorite photos of the 834, taken among autumn colors.

Beautiful! The jigging on yours is so much more distinct than mine.

Doug, thats an impressive line-up of knives you have Sir, those Craftsman knives are just great knives-beautifully built!

I guess its a trade off as your is so much cleaner than mine. Mine was very rusted and required a great amount of work to clean up. It's also got wobble in the main and sheeps foot blades. But for a few bucks, I had to rescue it. I mean harvest it.

Doug - you have a very great collection :) Those are real beauties. Especially the first two family shots are great for size comparison between the different knives.

Gevonovich: Your Schrade pic with that ants is just great...

Here are side-by-side shots of the two Craftsman Schrades, showing the similarity of their jigged delrin.
