I have a Schrade Honesteel that I would like to give away. It is new old stock, unused, and
comes with a leather sheath, no box.
I will ship to the winner anywhere in the world.
Please list a number in your post between 1 and 14,000.
Please only post one time with one number.

On October 30 at 8pm Central Time I will ask my 13 year old son to pick a number between 1 and 14,000.
The person that hits it or is closest will be the winner.

Couple of things to add. If more than one person posts the winning number, the honesteel will be awarded to the person that posted the number first.

Someone asked why 14,000. I thought there were about that many members (silly me..) but when I asked Kevin, he said there were about 40,000 members. I didn't want to go that high so I left it at 14,000.

Looks like I posted twice and do not know how to delete this first posting. So let me use this spot to inquire if the hurricane that his Mexico affected Don Luis if so please advise if I can help.

With all these earthquakes, Hurricanes wars, pestilence ( bird flu ect ). It brings to mind a book I once read called revalations. Someone once remarked to me that for a fellow who professes not to believe in a here after I certainly quote and refer to bibical writings quite a bit. My answer was the same as WC Fields who on his deathbed was found reading a bible a friend saw him and since Fields was a devoted atheist he asked Fields what he was doing Fields answered Just looking for a loophole.

666 LT PS Nice gesture thankyou. I still have this miserable cold which I also would like to give away. PPS 14000 numbers and 2 guys pick the same number amazing. To echo the wisdom of Solomon cut the item in half .

Thanks LT, Mexico city is far from the coast and everything is fine here, I'm checking the news to see how are people doing on the Yucatan peninsula, Wilma is hitting hard over there.

Yup that is the lace tie. Glad you are in no immediate danger. Big heart had an interesting point where do you get 14000 slips. By the way I only picked a number for the heck of it. Very cool contest. I had a honesteel that belonged to my father. Lost it when I was younger and dumber. :( I'll pick 1222 for my number.
