Schrade honesteel

I just aquired what I thought was a vintage schrade honesteel off fleabay.It looks like a honesteel , but it
Is about 1 inch longer than my other one, narrower side to side, 1 counter sunk hole
Agressive sides really smooth carbide flats. The only mArkings on it stamped pm&ts co. What is this?
It will put a hair popping edge on a blade.

Follow up, could be Pacific Machinary & Tool Steel Company in Oregon. Just so happens, thats where yhe seller lived.So It's not a Schrade, but it really does do a great job.
