Schrade honesteel

Hello, im new here. Im glad to of found these forums. Lots of good info here. I have a question about the Schrade honesteel. Is there any way to tell if the honesteel is the USA made one or the China made. Is there a differance in the serial #? Does the new China made honesteel have china ingraved on it somewhere?

Welcome to the Schrade USA Forum. Can't answer your question regarding the Taylor version, but this is what a USA version has stamped on it. I don't think the Taylor would keep the old Schrade USA patent number, but not sure about that either.
