Does anyone know anything about this knife apparently there was only 6 of them custom made back in 1976 with Genuine Indian Stag Handles.

[/IMG] This is how the knife came with the tag, the history of the knife is that it was owned by a Schrade Salesman, he worked for Schrade back in the 70t's and 80t's.

It's very possible and it looks like factory work but without some kind of documentation or history it'd be hard to prove those numbers. Anyone can write up a tag. With that being said you don't find many with stag handles save for the NYK commemoratives so it's a nice snag regardless.
