Hi Guys & Gals......
I made up this list of Schrade OT's & UH's for reference and thought some of the members might benefit by it. Not all knives are listed. Just the more common ones.
Note....I'm having trouble pasting the file to this thread. The format is not working and the text is not separating. Makes it tough to read but you can cut and paste to Word and edit it.

I've a small Uncle Henry staglon stockman, says S.C.C.+ USA 898UH on the tang. Evidentially they're kinda hard to track down as I'd like to pick up a spare but no luck finding one. Dunno if they were an SFO or what. Not even sure of the year. The knife year, or the current one. Been a long day. Lol. :)

Thanks for the list - very kind of you!

I have a Senior Rancher with no numbers. I am almost sure it is pre Tailor as it was in my step dads stuff and he passed away in 2003 and he had it a few years before passing away.

I don't know when they were made but the 898UH with the SCC stamp, as well as an 886UH were make by Camillus for Schrade back in the 80's I believe. Not sure why they contracted them. Both of these have a single center rivet, which is the same way Camillus did their own knives for a while. That may help date these particular patterns.
