Schrade Pocket Knife- 2 Questions

Does any recognize this Schrade knife model? Can't figure it out because there is rust on it.
The handle is hard. What is it made of... shell or pearl?

To get any help with identification, you will need to post good, clear, closeup photos of the tang stamps, like this.

I'm sure someone could help you with the proper photos.
 
It looks like pearl to me. But, it could be celluloid.
I believe Schrade used both materials.
(but not on an individual knife).

One of the Schrade experts might be able to tell by the model number.
