The Red Bone knives made by Schrade are a must have set for your collection.
Schrade made a 3 knife set of the Red Bone Knives. KG

I like the early Schrade Walden era bone handled 8OT's. Hand finished blade grinds, saw cut bone, and I like the matchstrike nail nick.

The jigged bone of the Old Timer Classics series is the 'best' handle, but it has stainless blades instead of the excellent 1095.

I'd like one of those, but they're so dang rare.

Hi thawk, my Schrade Walden 8OT was polished up a little before I got it. The saw cut bone is still showing the saw marks in the bone.
Like Bob, I would like a new 1959 Old Timer 8OT with Saw-cut Bone Handles, in its' box. Ken

They are for sure. I carry an old 881 sometimes with delrin handles.
