Schrade Repairs

I have a old Schrade Uncle Henry that my dad bought back in the '70's. It has a broken blade and some rust in the blade canals. Can someone recommend someplace that would repair and clean the knife with out replacing it? I have found Tayor over in China but in their ad they tell you if the knife has sentmental value its best not to send it.
