I have bought a karambit Schrade SCH112 and I decided to return this because of grooves on the blade. A seller claimed that the others SCH112 in stock, also have this type of "property". Here is picture of my knife, before I returned it.

Other seller, send me a photo, where also some flaws are seen.

Is it common that SCH112 is made in such a messy way? If you have SCH112, please let me know about the look and quality of your knife.

Not to be mean, but what were you expecting out of a $30 knife? Nothing functionally wrong with it.

Schrade doesn't make any good knives anymore.

Schrade doesn't make anything anymore.

Op..I have the smaller SCH111. It's just fine for what it is. A knife I carry but will (knock on wood) never use. And if I ever do it will end up in an evidence bag. I'm not really going to care if it's returned either.

If you want to be accurate, "Schrade" hasn't made anything since George Schrade sold out to Imperial in the late 1890's or the first decade of the 1900's.
"Schrade" has been nothing but a brand name owned by someone else since then.
The same as the other "Schrade-Imperial" brands, like Ulster, Hammer Brand, Camillus (owned by Schrade-Imperial) and many others.
When Schrade-Imperial closed their doors, the brands and intellectual properties (designs and patents) were bought by Taylor Brands.
Taylor sold these to (or entered a partnership with) BTI, a subsidiary of Smith & Wesson, I believe.
The "Schrade" knives made since the "original" Schrade-Imperial closed down in 2004(?) are just as much a "real" Schrade as those made ever since George sold the brand. The only difference is they are for the most part not made in the USA anymore.
Note that even before Schrade-Imperial shut down, they were making knives in China, Ireland, and other countries.
Funny thing; I don't recall anyone saying those were not a "real" Schrade back then.
