Schrade schf3n vs crkt ultima 2007

Both knives are around the same price but i have a question on the steel of both. What is the edge retention and toughness. And which has the better sheath. Im thinking the schrade but im not sure. Which knife would you recommend?

Anyway if you get this, i recommend the SCHF3N.

The ultima handle looks really retarded and uncomfortable also i think it has more of a combat purpose with that top swedge.

The SCHF3N is made of a stainless steel very similar to 440C which isn't bad at all. Most likely way better then Bucks 420HC. I plan on purchasing a SCHF3N aswell.
