Schrade schf9n vs schf9ncp

Aloha Folks!
I`ve had the Schrade schf9 for a few years now and I love it.
But living a few hundred feet from the ocean, Im looking to get the stainess steel version.
Been looking on a few websites and I see that there are two versions. The schf9n and the schf9ncp.
Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two are? There seems to be about a $10 difference between them.

From what I can gather, the schf9n and the schf9ncp are exactly the same and different vendors call them by different names, and of course, prices will be different based on who you buy from. I've seen both at the same prices
 
The cp stands for clam package. Some vendors prefer to hang products from pegboard. Knife is the same.
