Schrade + stainless steel

Anyone know what Schrade + stainless steel is? I checked their website but can't find any specs except for the usual bafflegab. I think it's 440A but I could be wrong.

I believe your assumption that its 440a is correct.

Following inquiry, Shrade advised that my 20 year old fixed blade in "Shrade +" was, in fact, 440A. Easily sharpened to a wicked edge, but doesn't retain that sharpness for long.

Thanks! They're on sale here in Whitehorse at a sporting goods store ($50 Canadian), but I think I'll give them a pass.
