schrade tough tool screwdriver

whats the true story with these? were they pre or post 2004? I believe they are made in taiwan and eveything I ever see says they came bulk packed. so no package or box. I guess if these are post 2004 it dosent really matter to me but I could have sworn I use to see them pre closing. and where did taiwan come in to play I never knew of anything else shcrade had made taiwan. which made me think also it may be pre 2004 cause its not china???- Joel

Yes, late in the game they moved some production to Taiwan, and even had some components made in China. I believe the screwdrivers were pre closing.

I will say, I own one and keep it in the door of my truck and have used it a few times but its not too bad. its kinda cool. plus its a schrade even if its a taiwan. - Joel
