I have a Schrade, Uncle Henry folder(lock blade),with 4" blade, stamped SCHRADE+ over U.S.A. 127UH on one side of blade.
The handle appears to be Stag.
I purchased this knife approx. 1981.
The blade has some slop due to a brass rivet missing near the lock.
Although far from mint, it has been stored most of the time.
Where ,how can I get this knife repaired?
Is it worth repairing other than sentimental value?
Fairly new to site, trying to gather info.
Thanks in advance,
bbb

Unless it's a special edition of some sort, the handle material is probably "Staglon", aka plastic that's colored and shaped like stag.

The best place to find the value of your knife is to check eBay. Do a "Completed Items" search to see how much the 127UH actually sells for. Then you can make an educated comparison between repair with replacement.

If you have more specific questions about the 127UH, you should ask down at the Schrade Collectors forum - under Manufacturers. Those guys know nearly anything about Schrade knives.

Best Wishes,
Bob
