Schrade USA Scrimshaw Knives

I have several USA Made Schrade Scrimshaw Knives. When searching for knives to purchase, I continue to see information that I question in regards to the date it was produced, How many were produced, etc.

Does anyone know where I can obtain or does anyone have a list of Schrade Scrimshaw knives that includes, Kinfe model, The years produced, the scrimshaw picture, etc. that they would like to share.

Sorry I can't really answer your questions as I'm a relative newbie to the Schrade collecting thing. I do share your interest in the scrimshaws though. Best help I can give is to tell you to go to the thread titled "open for viewing" at the top of this forum. You will find a link the the Schrade "Collectors-r-us" site. There is a ton of info there, including copies of old catalogs and pictures of Schrade knives, including a section on Scrimshaws, although I know that section is a work in progress and doesn't have every scrim produced. There are others on this forum who are a veritable wealth of invaluable information on this stuff, so keep checking back.
