Due to my inexperience as a knife purchaser on e-bay I neglected to ask if handle was secure to knife. Ended up with a loose handled Schrade walden 148. Handle has some real wobble to it. Is there any way to tighten handle. The handle seems cheap, almost toy like plastic. I sure like the blade though. Any info on knife and condition would be appreciated. tmbrjack p.s. Looked at some of the threads on the 148 and noticed that this knife does not have the spacers on the handle that knives shown do. Knife has Schrade-Walden N.Y U.S.A. on handle.

Can you post a picture?There were a lot of 148s made.Some of the Sears 148s had spacers.Also the leatherhandled 148s had spacers.Arnold
