My fishing buddy asked me to tidy up his late Dad's folding hunter.
His Dad was a hunting/fishing guide in Wyoming (late 50's/60's)...
he believes that his Dad picked this up in the 50's, possibly earlier.

I took a couple of chingers out of both blades and cleaned , lubed and
appreciated the knife. Am trying to encourage him to place a lanyard
and put it up for display. The main blade hits the brass when closing but
allows redirection as it is being closed.

I'll bet the stories this knife could tell would be very interesting...

Thanks... I've had a hard time finding the definitive Schrade tang logo stamp list
as some of the logos are not depicted. My buddy was born in the mid-50's and said
his Dad had it as long as he can remember. He will appreciate your information.
