I have the Sears American Eagle Collection version. It differs in added spacers and gaucho style sheath. An attempt to update the old "40" series pattern, the 41OT was rather short lived in the Old Timer lineup. And it bears the distinction of being one of the very few Old Timers to be made only in stainless steel. Nice knife and congratulations on the find!
And it seems appropriate for a bacon lettuce and trout knife to made of stainless. I think the Westerns of Colorado, along with Case Finns dominated that market and they were not stainless. Go figure. I hope I am not so far out of line that I would be chastised, but the Buck 102 or 121 for that genre RULES. Here is another little Schrade, a 164 UH, that is sort of in that same class.
