Just saw those in my catalog over the weekend. They look pretty nice, just like the old waldens. I don't think they should carry the schrade walden tang stamp, though. People might get the wrong idea.

I'm sure before long these will show up on ebay as new 'old stock' or something.

Still real nice looking though. May have to pick one up...

They are serial numbered, and the boxes are a giveaway that they are new, however unfortunately you do find unscrupulous people who will sometimes take advantage of certain situations.
