Schrade X-timer

Can anyone tell me what steel was used in the schrade x-timer folding knives? The blade just says XTB on it. It is pretty hard steel. Thanks in advance.
 
I realize this is probably a newer china made knife not an original made in USA. Is it 7cr17mov?
