I heard Camillus bought Western and Old Timer.
Even though taylor bought it, they are going to go back into business as walden knife company, ironically enough, what was once walden to begin with!! They are planning on making high-end SJ's and staying a small company. Not the mass production that they were for many years. Theres more about it over in the Schrade forum.
