They even flipped the pocket clip around for me!
Thanks for looking!

I am guessing your blade got caught up on the transition point from serrated to straight edge and cracked? I did not read your original thread.

That is great they sent you a new one, and even flipped the clip on it for you. It just shows they handle problems personally, and with enough interest to notice stuff like that. Very happy for you.

Correct. Surprisingly, fit and finish on this example is much better than the previous one. The irregular grind in the serrations you see in the first photo wasn't done by me, it came that way. The blade was also off center, and the pivot screw constantly came loose. The flipper had a very sharp grind on it, this one is ground smooth. This one is, dare i say, perfect! and wicked sharp!

Serrated, coated Leeks are now, and always have been S30V. Only the newest PE reverse tanto ("Random") Leeks were 13C26 for the bead blasted model and 14C28N for the stone washed model.

Also note: a little bit of loctite will stop your pivot screw issues and the blade was off center b/c the pivot was loose.

Thank you for clarifying that for me.
