I just received this large regular today. I was able to get it for $275 in unused condition. The previous owner smoothed out the scales with scotch brite but other than that it is still new and unused. Still has the factory edge and is razor sharp. No scratches or dings.
Came with everything that it should.
He also gave me an extra set of screws and flouro grease.

Not sure. i typically use all of my knives.
if I plan to do hard hard work with a knife I typically will use a fixed blade or a Spyderco if I need a fixed blade. However I may buy a Star-Taczann for that.
All of my CRK's get used and carried. I know a lot of people have safe queens but for me i don't want to spend a lot of money on a knife to just let it sit there. i don't find much satisfaction from that.
In the back of mind I know i can send my CRK to have it made new again.

Let me take a guess. Would the deal dallas got be a Calvary? Hmmmmm. Wonder where he picked that up from.

Score indeed, more like another five letter word that begins with s and ends with teal, which is a blue green, and not far from the color we are turning with envy. ;)
