Scorpius quality vs. upcoming steel Delica

The Scorpius I just bought has perfect alignment between the blade, handle, and lock bar. Are they all this perfect, or do they vary some like the current Delica? Will the new VG10 Delica with the steel handle be like this?

My Scorpius has pefect finish. When opened it feels like a solid piece of steel.
I have about 28 Spyders and the Scorpius, together with my NativeIII and Military are the only ones with perfect finish...

I take it you mean the Native II? Or at least I thought the steel-handle model was called that, but now spyderco.com calls it the Native Stainless Steel. I have one of those, and it is "perfect" as well (no more than a single hair off anyway). The Native III or "3d" (well-shaped FRN model) is a really sorry one as far as fit goes, as is the FRN Native made in Golden, CO.

I have seen the Paramilitary and Ronin. Both are also very well aligned. I am not sure why the older Native is the only Golden model that has issues.
