Sounds like they're as nutty as the Brits. The British lion should be replaced by a sheep, IMHO.

I agree! Blaming an inanimate object (knife, firearm, etc.) draws attention away from the real problem: violent criminals. Many of the crimes in the UK are being committed by immigrants (legal and illegal) from Third World countries, where violence is an accepted behavior. Perhaps the UK should dust off the gallows and return them to active service. The liberals who are in charge over there lost whatever gonads that they were born with a long time ago. Sad situation, indeed.

Speaking of inflammatory, Knife Laws is not a good place for rants, especially political rants.

Whine & Cheese is for rants, but we don't want politics there.

The Political Arena would be the right place for this topic, but is restricted to paying members, and has rules of presentation and formatting, so I'm not moving this to the Political Arena.

What I will do is close this thread.
