Scott Cook Lochsa Lanyard

Hi friends. Does anyone know how Mr. Cook ties his lanyards? I want to try this method but don’t exactly know how. If anyone can point me to the right direction I’d appreciate it.

Can’t believe I never saw this reply! I’ve learned it’s called a blood knot lanyard and there’s nice videos on YouTube showing how it’s done as well. Thanks for sharing. Here’s the one I tied before learning how it’s really done.
