Nice pictures.., I really like Scott's work.., and the Lochsa is such a nice folder. Thanks for sharing... :)

Great pics Dylan!
Mine is shipping this week and i cant wait to get my hands on it :D

Great photos of a great knife. did you just get it or have you owned it a while? I'm on Scott's list, but it'll be a year + before my turn comes up. Thanks for sharing those pics, the Lochsa is a 'must-have' if there every was one!

I've had mine almost a year now ,it's been clipped to my pocket since I opened the box..as good as a folder gets

ExamonLyf, thanks for the kind words.

Vermy, you're gonna love it, I promise :D

Patrick, I've had it for a couple weeks now. The knife just amazes me more and more the more I carry and use it. If someone told me it was the only knife I could carry for the rest of my life, I wouldn't complain

Very nice pictures of a great knife. I have yet to see another folder that compares functionally. Very elegant simplicity, excellent build quality and design. I have had mine for over a year (one of the original numbered ones) and currently have another one on order. I also agree with the "one folder" scenario, for me, this would definitely be the one.

Dylan,
I've got an idea, why not send that new Lochsa to me and I'll take lots of pictures for you. It'll be excellent practice for me in my quest to take better knife photos. I promise, I'll only keep it for a couple of months and have it back to you by the end of the summer :~)

What do you think?? Sounds like a plan to me ;)

Well, it's the right hand for me :D

Patrick, I'll take some more pics, but I'm going to try and build a light box before I do. And you pictures are fine, you don't need no stinkin' practice :p Plus, you've got that nice Obie to practice on

What would a knife like that set a man back ?

The Lochsa lists at Scott's website for $490. His waiting list is 12-18 months, IIRC. I got on his list maybe two months ago and it was definitely over a year. In my online travels, I've seen two Lochsa's on two different well known custom reseller's sites. One was priced at $490 and the other priced at $590. In both cases, it sold within a day. I missed the $590 Lochsa by a half day or so...just my luck :grumpy:

I'd probably have better luck seeing bigfoot than seeing a Lochsa on the knife exchange ;) but it does happen.

Great pics of that Lochsa. That's another one I wish I had back!

Frank

Ok, Ok, Dylan, I know it would be the wrong hand for me too, but I will put up with the discomfort, just box her up, and I'll send a couple hundred to take her off your hands, , it will be hard for me to put up with, but I will try. :D

Or even better, send it to me and I'll test if for a couple years, and let you know if it is what it appears to be  , I am a certified "tester",
of knives (almost), and I won't charge a dime. :D

I wish you hadn't posted them ole pictures, now I can't sleep at night until I get one.
Robbie Roberson ;)

what a piece of junk lefty. send it to me and hook you up with a real knife or a few dollars. :D
