Scott Sawby C/U w/ CF.

I recently purchased, and should arrive on Friday, a Scott Sawby Combat Utility knife, w/ CF scales. I have been wanting one of these for a long while now. I FINALLY scored one. (I have had the pleasure of handling one before.) Here is a picture from Bob Neal knives. Thanks for looking.

Suz, I love Scott's work and this is a classic. He does make two sizes., I've owned both and prefer this size for carry. You'll love how thin the knife is.

This uses the patented "Sawby lock" and is the only ambidextrous lock I know of.

There is another one for sale on Bob Neal Custom Knives; it has ironwood handle scales. That is where I bought mine from. No need to wait 4 years.

I really like Sawby knives. To me the blade/handle ratio of this model is off, but that's just a personal thing. I'm sure it's a great knife.

Yeah, that was tough, as I LOVE both materials. Then I just decided to get the CF one, as it would be a user.
